In the barrels of our distillery, one of the world’s most unique rums is ageing. Due to the finest ingredients my family has blended and continuously refined in Cuba since the mid 19th century, DOS RON is superior to other rum blends in taste and spirit. My father, Don Colina, introduced me to the traditional process of blending rum by applying the Solera procedure.
During the course of this procedure, rum reaches perfection by ageing in oak barrels over a long period of time. In the next generation, I am continuing this tradition as a Cuban ronero.
I dedicate this rum to my father and to your excellent taste.
